Your Role:  Hardscape Foreman 

As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will supervise and guide a skilled team to complete premium hardscape projectssuch as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and full outdoor living spaces. You will be responsible for job site management, quality control, and hands-on construction. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and train a crew to execute high-quality hardscape installations.
  • Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and other hardscape materials.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and transits. 
  • Ensure precision in grading, backfilling, and level laser use. 
  • Manage project timelines, oversee job tracking, and maintain equipment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success. 

What We're Looking For: 


  • 2+ years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways). 
  • Strong leadership skills to train and direct a crew. 
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape architectural plans.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, compactors).
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license (all employees operate company vehicles). 
  • Preferred Certifications: Valid CDL (Class A), CMHA Wall & Paver Certifications, ICPI Certification. 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience). 
  • Full-Time Employment: Overtime available after 40 hours/week. 
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
  • Health Insurance: Available after 60 days. 
  • 401(k) with Employer Match (up to 3%).
