You will be responsible for overseeing job sites, ensuring quality workmanship, and working hands-on with materials and equipment. What You'll Do<ul><li>Guide and mentor a hardworking crew to complete top-tier hardscape projects.</li><li>Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and other materials to construct patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.</li><li>Safely and efficiently use mini excavators, loaders, trucks, trailers, compactors, and transits.</li><li>Complete projects on time, with precision, and to the highest standard of safety and craftsmanship.</li><li>Oversee job tracking, maintain equipment, and collaborate with suppliers and consultants.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Lynch Landscaping's commitment to excellence.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2 or more years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, etc.).</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and direct a crew.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and understanding landscape architectural plans.</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain mini excavators, loaders, trucks, trailers, and compactors.</li><li>Skilled in excavator operations, grading, backfilling, and using level lasers/transits.</li><li>Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>A Valid CDL (Class A), CMHA Wall &amp; Paver Certifications such as ICPI</li><li>A valid driver's license is required. All employees at Lynch Landscaping operate company vehicles.</li><li>Tobacco/Nicotine/Marijuana Free Workplace. This is a no-tolerance policy during work hours.</li><li>Criminal Background Considerations.
